Unless posted otherwise on Instagram, the only ramen we serve is Gyokai Tonkotsu(contains chicken, pork and fish) with an option to add an egg.

We will usually have an extra spicy ajihen available, which is a mid-meal flavor change.

THE FLOW

• First come, first serve.

• If you arrive before we open, form a line on the street side of the sidewalk, forming in the direction of South St.(last person in line would be closest to South St.)

• You will be called in one by one to place your order, pay and sit down.

• If you arrive during open hours and there is no one in line, then you can just proceed inside.

For the consideration of only having 6 seats, we have some rules we would like to ask you to follow.

• Don’t hold spots in line.

• Each person must order their own ramen.

• Be prepared to order and pay before sitting.    

  We can take cash, Venmo or card (3% fee for card).

• Since there are only 6 seats, we cannot guarantee seats next to each other.

• We ask that you don’t take any photos or videos inside, other than of your ramen.

• Chef only makes one bowl at a time so start slurping as soon as you get your ramen!

• No BYOB.

• We will not offer any take-out or to-go containers.
